 Application：
This company developed hollow wall twin pipe production line successfully on the base of absorbing and digesting European technology and has got many national patents. Taking HDPE as the raw material, the first set of extruder can extrude rectangular pipe and spiral for molding; the second set of extruder sprays glue belt, extrudes for molding. Both the interior and exterior wall are smooth and tidy, with specification from 200 to 2200mm. There are four grades of rigidity in terms of different conditions with 16KN/M2 at most for adapting 10% or below acid, alkalic liquid. This pipe material has the advantages of corrupt resistance, lightness, convenient installation, high flux, long service life (50 years) and so on. So it can replace the pipe materials made from the material of high energy consumption ( example: cement, cast iron, chinaware, etc.), widely used as drainage pipes and ducts in freeway, construction, residence, playground, square, mine, agriculture, culvert and bridge, etc. |
